Python Job: DATA ENGINEER

• 5+ years of experience in programming, preferably Python or one of Java, Node.js, or Scala.
• Experience with databases such as MySQL/Postgres.
• Familiarity with modern CI/CD practices and Infrastructure as code.
• Experience working with AWS or any other cloud providers.
• Proven success working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)

• Build a platform to maintain high-quality listing data & drive operational excellence for the project’s MLS data ingestion.
• Architect frameworks & supporting infrastructure to improve the platform observability and testing capabilities.
• Build and maintain services that make data available and accessible to the entire company and the clients.
• Partner with architecture and external development teams to design reusable frameworks and technical solutions.
• Participate in the evaluation of emerging technology and tools.
• Partake in code reviews, squad ceremonies, and team events (lunch & learn, brainstorms, etc.).

• Experience setting up comprehensive testing, logging, and monitoring frameworks from the ground up.
• Familiarity with AWS ElasticSearch & messaging platforms such as Kafka/Kinesis.
